Incorrect order

Received 2 more dozen personalized balls with the wrong name instead of the 4 dozen I ordered with right name. Sent an email and heard nothing back. Spent over a thousand dollars in golf balls with a feeling of no concern for product control. Nothing new ever since COVID there has been very few people and customers that actually take account for their actions and mistakes.

alignment problems fixed?

Ordered from here twice, both orders not good, the lines were crooked ,almost a smiley face! How hard can it be,did they fix the problem? Would like to try again but dont want to go through that again.

AlignXL balls - awesome!

I've used sharpie's, sharpie 'extreme', sharpie 'professional' markers to try and get a line that doesn't smudge - nothing comes close to being as good as the pre-printed (and personalized!) AlignXL balls!! These things are the best. On a subscription now.

Customization misaligned

I have my initials added in the middle of a solid line. The line of my latest batch was crooked. The line on one side of my initials did not align with the other (as in crooked, not just offset). I am just using the Pro V1x line that comes on the ball. I ordered 3 dozen, and while I am unhappy about it, it is not enough for me to call and complain or ask for my money back, etc. The balls themselves are fine, so I'll just use them and move on. If the next batch is like this, I will absolutely send them back, though.

Best .com ever
